A fault occurred when trying to open Omnis studio 6.0, 8.0 and 8.1, it would not open the PostgreSQL application.
This was traced back to the Developers version.
The file called libpq.dll was not functioning.
The way forward was to replace the file called libpq.dll with a newer version.
I used the Studio 10.22 file, this version was 12.0.1.19349
This fixed the problem straight away.
It would be good if Omnis Inc could update there installtion packages.
