Potatoes Baked in Jackets with Bacon

Ingredients

Select large potatoes washed if available one for each guest at lease.
Bacon rashes.
Aluminuim Foil.

Method of prepartion

Wrap the potatoes individual with a slice of bacon all the way around, then spray the aluminuim foil witholiver oil and wrap.
Bake in oven for about 90 minutes at 200deg C.
To ensure potatoes are cooked, use a probe to test.
Option serve with sour cream.

This method allows for early preperation.
