SHORTBREAD


Ingredients

4oz ICING SUGAR
7oz BUTTER OR MARGARINE
8 OZ PLAIN FLOUR
2 oz S.R. FLOUR


Method of cooking
MIX TOGETHER and ROLL INTO LOAF then SET IN FRIDGE. CUT WITH BACK OF THIN KNIFE.
BAKE IN SLOW OVEN, UNTILL SLIGHTLY BROWN.
