4 oz Sugar
1 Egg 8 oz S.R. Flour (2 cups)
Method
Cream Butter and Sugar, add Egg and
Beat Well. SIFT FLOUR TWICE STIR INTO MIXTURE TO MAKE A FAIRLY STIFF DOUGH.
ROLL TEASPOON of MIXTURE INTO BALLS FLADEN WITH A FORK
COOK IN A MODERATE OVEN for 10 to 15 MINUTES.
VARIATIONS :- CINNAMON BISCUITS
Add 1/2 oz Cinnamon PLACE 1/2 ALMOND ON TOP OF BISCUITS COCONUT BISCUITS USE BROWN SUGAR INSTEAD OF WHITE add 2 TABLESPOON COCOA.
